A focused, supportive, intimate course, taught by the Gonsalves Method creator Aileen Gonsalves, which inspires everyone to grow and thrive whilst encouraging insight, discovery and confident practice.

Over six weeks, this small online training group will explore the Gonsalves Method—Meisner updated for the modern actor—and learn a rapid technique to enhance authentic truthful connection in performance.

The course includes:

  • A clear, practical approach from text to performance

  • Meisner’s repetition excersice

  • Gonsalves Method uninflected line learning

  • Gonsalves Method 5 Internal & 5 External Conditions

  • Tools to apply in-the-moment during auditions and self-taping

You will also receive:

  • Follow-up worksheets

Having brought truth, clarity and relatable emotional connection to Shakespeare in her long relationship with the RSC, her latest target is the art of charismatic persuasion and political speaking where she has been instrumental in helping the Green Party of England & Wales in their historic, recent, electoral victories.

Aileen, and her team of accredited teachers, are working internationally in person and online reaching the world of pharmaceuticals, engineering, sales, medicine & marketing; transforming pitching and presentations with the art of persuasion and harnessing the power of individual presence for impactful enhanced communication.
